condor_on starts up all of the condor daemons running on a given machine. This command assumes that the condor_master is allready running on the machine. If this is not the case, condor_on will fail complaining that it can't find the address of the master. condor_on will tell the condor_master to start up the condor daemons specified in the configuration variable DAEMON_LIST.
