At the moment the following CLASSES are defined:
- tiny
- 3 hours
- small
- 12 hours
- medium
- 3 days
- large
- 6 days
- huge
- 21 days (only 1 starter on comps1)
- tape
- 1 hour (only 1 starter on files1). This class
is only for direct tape-access (to group SMC) with non-SHIFT
utilities (like tar,gtar...). Use reserv, tpmnt, rls commands
to mount tapes. This class is forbidden for normal jobs!
There are no restrictions in memory- and file-limits.
At the moment the following FEATURES are defined:
- SHIFT
- job needs shift environment.
- SMC
- job needs access to SMC (files1 only).
To run a job on comps1 you have to set the following requirements:
requirements = (Arch == "R6000") && (OpSys == "AIX41") && (Machine == "comps1")
Currently, comps1 is configured to run 20 jobs simultaneously, which may
consist of up to:
4 tiny, 8 small, 6 medium, 6 large, 1 huge.
